Much like the ANZAC spirit for which this drop was inspired; this golden pale ale is cool combination of loud flavours fighting for attention on your palette
The label boasts flavours reminiscent of an ANZAC biscuit, golden syrup, coconut and the combination of Aussie and New Zealand hops but much like the ever constant rivalry between these two proud nations; the intended flavours are drowned out by the competing hops.
That’s not to say it’s not an easy drink; the team from the garage never get it wrong. But I couldn’t quite piece together the suggested ANZAC biscuits flavours.
Would go well with most anything but preferably a good roast, with Yorkshire pudding – harkening back to the origins of these two countries.
