Whats whiter and more boring than Palmerston North?
Severely lacking in any character or additional informational titbits compared to its brother-duck this crisp lager struck me as rather average.
“A classic premium European 5% style lager” with “subtle hop characteristics”.
Subtle is right; this beer is lighter than Kate Moss. Almost Cerveza-like in taste. I would recommend it with some Mexican food and in quantities of one because that’s all you are going to need before you start looking around for what else there is to drink.
Its not horrible but I somehow expected more given the party in my mouth the Black-Duck created, if you are looking to buy this one to try you can find it in your local New Wo…. oh look a spare Tui in the fridge.
