Looking almost caramelised in appearance this IPA gently caresses the senses
Oozing across the palate in a well balanced blend of local and international hops
New York cities “The Other Half” collaboration with Garage Project switches things up as the usual bolshy American stereotype is replaced with a subdued sweet flavour to counteract the local loud Nelson Sauvin hop.
After three sips I felt almost bitter sweetness that this kind of one off drop would be just that – a one off. It is a beautiful master piece that the makers clearly had fun creating and I might be so bold as to say the best use of the Nelson Sauvin hop that I have ever tasted.
I wish I could award this some kind of medal or at least nominate it for best session ale.
