American Indian Pale Ale
Richard Emerson knows how to balance a pale ale and this one – although promising to be heavy on the hops – flows smooth on the palette with little to no bitterness.
With a trio of American Hops vying for taste real estate in your mouth – the underlying malts prevent a sensation overload and leave an after taste that is pleasant and consuming.
I would say best enjoyed on a pleasant day in the sun or indoors in a relaxed warm environment, it doesn’t really scream any certain type of food accompaniment to me. Maybe a Mediterranean pasta or light balanced meal, wouldn’t suit a heavy or hearty dish.
4/5
An easy ale that goes down smooth.
